DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER AMYFINEHOUSE PROPERTY!
We booked this property in February for our trip to Dallas in late June and received a confirmation of booking through the VRBO App from the host. The host then also communicated payments in the app, which were paid in full on time/early. About a week before our stay, I requested a late check-out out to which the host also responded to. I had not received any arrival information within a week of our stay, so I messaged the host inquiring when I could expect to receive that, and the host replied to me the morning of our check-in date that he did not have a record of our reservation and that we needed to contact VRBO directly. I did, and the gentleman helping me called the host directly, who stated that the property already had another guest staying there who had booked two months ago.... I'm not good at math, but that is after my original booking date. As I'm on hold with VRBO, I am looking back at that VRBO listing of this property to see that the exact same thing has happened to another customer! (See previous review from April, and the host responded that there was a glitch that was fixed... not fixed!)My qualm is not with VRBO, as they did fully reimburse me and offered to provide further assistance in covering last-minute booking costs for our trip, but this host and AMYFINEHOUSE are absolutely not reliable!
