“The Management shows little concern for the reality of their guest’s experiences. We left the property this morning after a four day stay. During the stay, we informed them each day that TV didn’t work. They apologized, but NEVER repaired or mitigated the situation. I booked out room as an individual using a mobility scooter. Despite having a ramp onto the deck, there was no ramp into the hotel, and no grab bars in the restroom, despite management’s assertion and advertisement that the property……

“Felt very comfortable and relaxed with a home away from home atmosphere. Conveniently located nearby shops and restaurants. ”

“The property was nice. It was in an area where everything is in walking distance. It’s a nice place to stay if you know you’re going to be off the resort often.”

“Property is dated but clean. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The air conditioning worked well but only in the room. You had to keep the fan on high to keep up with the lack of a/c in the bathroom and the louvered windows. The windows also allowed for sound to easily travel in and out. Shops and restaurants were a 15 minute walk (one significant hill). Taxi service was easy to get.”

“I rent this place for 2night and I could only stay 1 night I didn’t even sleep because of ants and roach no hot water noise right through out the night and the light went away and they have no back up generators and how u see the place online it not the same when you see it in person this place is a dump ”

“First off, thank you for accomodation, you have been very helpful, the location is very central for entertainment, shopping, dining, very necessary for persons who are particular about there spendings, budget wise. Very affordable, and quite private.... The pool based on how the weather was i wasnt able to experience that but there were circumstances that beyond anyones control, damn you hurricane Melissa, blessings to all persons presently there stay positive, positive vibrations always. On……
