Well located but lacking for 5-star

Incredible location for skiing. We got an old room which isn’t as nice. Quality of the bedding is below par. Great breakfast. Lovely bar. Medicare dinner.

Amazing, like in a movie. A real 5 stars

When you dream about the hotel you see in the Christmas movies... That's Seehof! Amazing. Location, quality, detail and service grade 10. Everything perfect. The price is fair for what you get and you will be happy because you can feel the quality. The breakfast is magnificent. The room is spacious, modern in mountain style. The spa is totally new and very well done. The bar service was very kind too.

Far from being a 5 star hotel.

Seehof could have been a nice hotel. However too much is missing. They didn’t clean the rooms we had booked, the food was terrible and sometimes uneatable, scramble eggs are made from powder, the receptionists ( with one exception- Marina) were unwelcoming and showed no interest in the guests. I would strongly advise against having dinner at the hotel. The food and how it was prepared does not belong at all in a 5 star hotel.

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal

Hotelpersonal äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hotelzimmer sehen frisch renoviert aus und sind sehr sauber. Parkplatzsituation nicht ganz optimal mit wenigen Aussenplätzen, Tiefgarage sehr eng.

Excellent hôtel, parfait pour une arrivée en train à Davos. Hôtel de très bonne facture, nous avons été surclassés. Superbe petit déjeuner, avec du choix et des produits travaillés. Hôtel méritant largement ses 5 étoiles. De plus le spa avec la petite piscine est très agréable et nous avons pu en profiter sans limite.

la chambre attribuée correspondait exactement au descriptif d'une chambre "exécutive" selon leur site internet, or nous avions payé pour une chambre "deluxe" mais apparemment l'hotel ne fait plus la différence que pour les chambres "suppériors" et "deluxe", mais continue à vendre les Deluxe plus chère que les Exécutives... on peut donc de trouver dans une Exécutive en ayant payé une Deluxe (petit lit 160 alors que Deluxe entre 180 et 220cm), (chambre de 25m2 alors que Deluxe au min. 30m2), (chambre avec douche alors que Deluxe avec douche et bain) etc etc Le service de chambre est lent, il a fallut attendre 17h un jour, inadmissible en 5 étoiles. Oublis réguliers (eau, café, linge). au Restaurant une véritable catastrophe : la cuisine n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoile, mais plus d'une cantine. Chaque jour les plats ne correspondent pas au menu, les sauces ou les accompagnements sont différents ou non métrisés (ne sait pas faire les spätlzli, ne connait pas la sauce pour la chasse, ne sait pas faire le coq au vin, les desserts ne correspondent jamais au descriptif, bref un cuisinier pas à la hauteur). Les serveurs ne sont pas non plus à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. le chef de rang doit même organiser des charriots car ils ne savent pas porter plusieurs assiettes. Evidemment, ils ne parlent pour la plupart même pas une langue nationale.

eher 3-4 Sterne würde ich geben

5 Sterne würde ich nur dem Concierge Afonso geben. Sonst sehr enttäuschend für ein 5 Stern Hotel in der Schweiz. Das Studio hat ein kleines, altes TV, die Küche aus den 80er Jahren und unbequeme Betten. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Restaurant ok, aber teuer sehr positiv ist dass der Skilift 20m vom Hotel befindet.

Überzeugendes Angebot, jederzeit wieder

Renoviertes Zimmer, bequeme Betten mit grosszügigem Raum als Dusche/WC. Frühstück lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig, mit kleiner Karte für warme Speisen, Buffet sehr vielseitig mit frischen Früchten, Fisch, Müesliauswahl, Brotsorten etc. Pianobar mit guter Drinks Auswahl. Gerne jederzeit wieder.
