“Clean and comfortable”

“Room was clean but urine still on toilet seat. Advertised having a breakfast buffet but didn't have any meat. Chose to eat breakfast at a restaurant.”

“The front desk clerk was kind and professional! Kudos to her for making me feel secure in unfamiliar territory. I would recommend a more customer friendly front end appearance. I understand the need for glass/plexiglass border between client and staff. But it was a little unnerving, especially with the “rules signage” posted immediately to the left when you walk in. How many hotel properties have to post the following: There will be a $250 addition to your credit card at check-in. What it……

“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable a.d we rested well enough. The air conditioner was absolutely perfect and kept our room very cool and comfortable. I didnt get breakfast because it was over at 9:00 which seems a little early for a Sunday morning. I'd stay there again if travels brought us to the area.”

“The bathroom floor in front of the toilet was NASTY! The group was stained and there was something stuck to the floor. Breakfast was a joke. The waffle mix was separated and the milk in the fridge looked spoiled. Someone in the second floor was smoking pot in their room and you could smell it as you walked by.”
