Weekend getaways in Sheffield

Tim at the Front Desk was very helpful and very informative. He went above and beyond not only for us but for all whom he checked in. He has excellent customer service skills😊

My stay was great. Room was clean and was a typical two bed room. Everything was practically new. One issue: their was a lack of receptacles to plug into. At the sink area their was no plugin, had to go to lamp area at desk to plug coffee pot into the lamp.

Everything about this hotel and my stay was excellent. From the time I walked in, I was greeted with smiling faces and assistance. The atmosphere was positive with all of the amenities I needed. My king size bed was very clean and comfortable and the room was huge, bathroom large with a wall between the sink and the bathroom and clean with a large full length mirror as a closet door I would like in my own home. I would recommend this hotel as one of the best in Florence, AL and I have stayed...

Loved my stay here will be staying again

Very friendly staff

Property is beautifully maintained & convenient to all the area attractions. Will definitely stay again next time we visit this area.

Good wifi and the bed was comfortable. Quiet inside but some road noise outside. Good Breakfast. The staff was courteous and helpful. I will be back there.

Hotel is several years old but looks brand new. Only issue was a noisy refrigerator which i unplugged. Staff was extremely friendly. Will stay there there again when i use North Alabama Med Center which is an easy 10 min away. By the way, neither the hotel nor Expedia mention the proximity to NAMC on the website. Had to figure that out on my own.

Really cool boutique hotel that evokes the musical history and culture around Florence. Bed was extremely comfortable and hotel was surrounded by amazing restaurants and there’s a coffee shop downstairs! What else could you ask for?!? Only wish there was an elevator. Will def stay here again!!!

Kind friendly service

Great choice for a family place to stay.

Wonderful stay.

The location is wonderful with several food and entertainment options within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean.

This was my third stay close to all my activities and clean and my small dog could stay

facalty was very friendly, beds were comfy, breakfast was good. would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Staff was unusually helpful. Due to an injury, I was on crutches. Before I could even ask, the clerk immediately stated she would put me on the ground floor. An employee escorted me back to my vehicle and even offered to meet me at my room to help unload luggage. The room was pleasant and clean. I was given a handicapped room (again without my asking) ... the bathroom was unexpectedly large, more handicapped bars than normal and even a seat in the shower. The next day I was allowed a late...
