“I have about 10 hotel stays per year, and this was by far one of the best experiences I've had in recent years. The staff - every single person I talked with - was friendly, engaged and helpful. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. This will definitely be my go-to next time I am in Huntsville. Thank you! ”

“I stopped for the night on a road trip and this was perfect. Great location. Everything in good condition except the freezer didn't freeze. My room was upstairs and I never could find an elevator. I don't require an elevator but for someone who might I would look into this before booking. I would stay here again. ”

“When checking out there was no coffee. The lady at the front desk had no interest in making more. Said she may get around to it in 10 minutes. It was more important to check people out. RUDE! Needs an attitude adjustment or new job that doesn't involve working with humans”

“while staff was friendly, they are limited with supplies on hand...our rooms had no wash clothes, blankets, tv didn't work (could turn on, no remote, given one but wouldn't interface), dated bathroom (caulking coming loose around tub)...unable to get a printed receipt (had to wait for corporate to approve ink, what we were told)...elevator was missing button (to be able to open door for friends to get on), and would not show what floor you would stop at. Guess you get what you pay for.”
