“The front desk clerk was kind and professional! Kudos to her for making me feel secure in unfamiliar territory. I would recommend a more customer friendly front end appearance. “Lovely hotel and the rooms are large and very functional. My only issue was that the hotel was loud due to the highway being near. I was unable to sleep until after 1130 due to trucks on the roadway.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Studios Huntsville. One thing that was never explained at check-in was that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room during my stay. Had I known that upfront, my expectations would have been different. Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay.
