Customer service, staff, and property were great. Area/convenience were great features too!

From the friendly staff at the front desk to the rest of the staff, they are amazing. The hotel always clean and ready for you upon arrival. Sunday the have church in the meeting room, but it no problem. Breakfast was great Saturday. The lady that was keeping the breakfast stocked was really nice. Anytime I'm in the area, this is my go to place.

Difficult to locate

This hotel is very clean and efficient. There are not a lot of frills, but the beds are comfortable and the free breakfast is above average for this type of hotel.

Great central location. No minuses. Lots of restaurants close by and convenient to the interstate.

Comfortable everything worked that was stated as amenities (bad luck with that quite a bit) staff was nice clean curb appeal was great met and exceeded expectations

We had a very good experience here even though it was only for one night. After a long day of driving we were able to rest in a spotless room. Super clean and the pillows were super fluffy. The bathroom was immaculate and with all the regular amenities available. Our best compliment goes to Micki the manager on duty. She was super friendly and very helpful with recommendations for our dinner and breakfast. She was a warm ray of sunshine after 18 hours of being on the road.

This is our home away from home when visiting family and friends in the area,, the staff are super friendly and so accommodating! The check in and check out was a breeze and the bed was super comfy,, the pool area is well kept up and water temp was great, we will be back!

Loved this hotel! Will definitely stay here on the future. Rooms were updated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was water pressure was a little low but no big deal. Will be back!

My stay at America's Best Value Inn was great.. The Customer Service was great. My room was clean and Comfortable.

This hotel is older hotel but in good condition. The staff there try hard to make stay a good one. My room had a coffee maker,microwave and refrigerator in it. The bed wss comfortable and the tv was a 32 inch. I was here on business and it was perfect for my needs. A clean room at a lower cost... only thing there is a train track close by but the hotel cant control the train system. A plus for what i was looking for on this trip.

Very secluded mountain retreat. Very quiet! Nice clean cabins. The outside does not reflect the inside. Rustic outside, totally modern inside. My family is already saying they want to go back. Just a nice short scenic drive to all Chattanooga,TN activities. Great place for a wedding or family reunion.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sewanee Inn with 3 friends, as our daughters stayed on campus overnight and attended a class the next morning. We had a beautiful evening sitting on the back patio by the golf course, with heat lamps that resembled torches adding to the ambiance. The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the dining room with a friendly, accomodating staff and delicious food! I LOVE it that the Inn has bicycles for guests to use , as the "Green lookout" as well...
