Great place, close to the beach!

We really enjoyed staying at the Krystal Kove. Besides very small things, it was overall a great experience. I wish there would have been more details in the listing around certain things. There was plenty of room, both families enjoyed the stay. Looks to be recently remodeled, and the owners were very nice.

Enjoyed Spring Break!

Sand Piper Cove 9218 was extremely clean and as described online. The condo is located in the first set of buildings when entering through the security gate. It is nearest to the road and beach. It is on the far end of the building and on the second floor. To get to the beach, you will walk across the length of the building and across the street. It was not a bad walk at all and maybe took three minutes. The beach is gated and you will use a code to enter the beach area. There is an outdoor beach bar and restaurant that serves drinks and a limited menu for lunch and snacks. It has a restroom so you do not need to go back to the condo while at the beach.The condo was roomy and comfortable for 6 adults.We found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable. There were TV's in each bedroom. One of the bathrooms joins the two bedrooms together and there is a door that separates the toilet and shower from the sink area so two people could get ready, if necessary, which was great!!The kitchen was nicely stocked and the condo was decorated pretty. We really enjoyed our stay and would definately rebook this unit again. We booked through Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals and they were great to work with.If you enjoy walking or running, it is conveniently located near Target, Winn Dixie and other restaurants and shops.There is a good Mexican restaurant for dinner and a little coffee shop just right down the road.Just book it! December Vacation

This is a very nice vacation rental that has been updated throughout; short walk to the beach; 9 hole golf course (44-68 yards); hot tubs and heated pool; 24/7 security as you enter the property; very clean beach; very short drive to many dining options; close to grocery store; not far to outlet mall. I would definitely stay again.

The BEST!!

Our family vacation stay was 10/10. The place itself, security, the people were amazing. No one bothered us at all. The security was top notch. They make sure the people are protected 24/7. The beach access is private. Everything is right there for your family. I am planning our next vacation there for 2025 when our daughter graduates.

This unit was perfect for my family. Adult married kids and one infant. Only two notes. The bottom bunk bed had a low spot in it so uncomfortable to sleep and the dryer took a long time to dry. Also not too many “Rubbermaid” to store leftovers. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Good location. Nice views.

Great Condo for our Family Getaway

This is a fantastic property. Sandpiper Cove has so many amenities and the condo itself is amazing. The property was extremely comfortable for the six of us, is in a great location, and has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Great stay

we all had a great time, the entry was very easy to get into, condo was very clean and tidy, there was a couple things maintenance needs to fix but it was minor stuff overall it was a great place we will be back to stay here again.

Cute updated Condo

This condo is updated and very modern for sand piper. I have stayed in many units here, it has a good location. Overall, it was how it was shown in pics. There were some marks on the walls, a hole in the bottom of one pillow in the living room, no tissues in master bath tissue holder & lacking other basic household items. I did love we had early check in available, but when we entered, it wasn’t relayed to maintenance for early check in so he was working in there. Cable was out in the master bedroom but was fixed by a technician quick the next day. My only other complaint is there are zero chairs on the master bedroom balcony and some broken boards/wood all pilled up on the side. Two cheap chairs would go a long way out there! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking though!

Great location and cleanliness was fabulous. Dryer a little loud, but hey, appliances are sometimes, right? Might suggest a TV in master bedroom and kids room though! Otherwise, it is a great place!

Property was exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean & beds very comfortable. It was lacking in basic essentials. Limited toilet paper & paper towel. Only very small bottle (probably 2 oz if that) and only one package dishwasher detergent. No Kleenex found anywhere. Make up light in bathroom did not work & lighting in bathroom by itself dark.

Perfect

We loved this townhouse! It was perfect for our group. It was just a short walk to the beach which was no big deal. The beach access does have stairs which makes it more of a challenge with wagons and coolers. The location was great and I loved having the parking lot! We stayed with friends and the kids had such a great time. Not many properties have the spacious rooms or queen bunk beds

Beautiful condo, just as pictured

The condo was just as pretty in person as it appears in the listing. Loved it. Short, 5 min walk to beach. You can glimpse the water from the balcony. Sandpiper Cove is a great place to stay. There is also a beach grill/bar for lunch. Plenty of supplies/tools in the kitchen and extra chairs/umbrellas for the beach. Only hiccup was at check-in...security gate staff did not have email from Shore Dreams with our info, I had to pull up my reservation email tonshow them.
