“No electricity!!!
I understand its war time and it might happen, but Hotels usually have generator, or at least let us know before, and allow to cancel, let me find a warm hotel.

“The air conditioning absolutely does not work, but getting to the bottom of this is like John Cleese in Monty Python's cheese shop sketch getting the cheese vendor to admit, finally, that there is not a single morsel of cheese in the shop. They are simply lying, and hoping you are enough of a dolt to believe it.
