“Exceptionally clean. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Hotel Heritage is an old run down house that does not match the pictures posted on Expedia, VRBO and other platforms. The furniture was old and dirty. The sofa had a big stain on it, the cloth bedframe in one of the bedrooms was severely frayed, the desk chair had peeling plastic, and the tiles in the kitchen had broken corners and some were loose. There was a big sticky mess on the counter in the kitchen. The rugs were dirty and the whole place looked grungy and run down. It smelled……

“The description of "new" in the listing is not accurate. The furniture is stained and the condo shows significant signs of use. The photos and description vs what it truly feels like are quite different. Good communication and check in instructions were easy and it was fairly affordable I was just expecting it to be a little nicer, newer, and cleaner.”

“Really kind people very easy to come in and out the place was clean everything workedThe host and his staff were very attentive and even let me check in a little bit early as I got confused flying in from the East Coast as to what time it wasIt’s not a short walk into the center of town, or I would’ve given the the location five starsAnd ignore the bad reviews. I don’t know what people expect at this price level, but my guess is they’re pampered rich white folks who aren’t used to seeing anybody……

“The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It's a cute and comfortable home that has everything you need for your stay. It's close to the Fairgrounds and 15 minutes to CSU Pueblo. Food, shopping and entertainment are minutes away. Nice shade tree and rose bush in the front yard which helps shade the house.The host is a good communicator. I would stay here again and recommend to others.”

“Space wasn’t ready at the check in time, once I returned I was placed in the wrong unit. I contacted the owners via text and through VRBO chat to get clarification with no response until I contacted customer service. Turns out it was double booked. Chose to cancel the reservation same day because of this experience. Once VRBO got in touch with the property manager I was offered a refund or location change, which I chose through a different company entirely which was wonderful to but an……
