“Upon check in the gentleman at the desk was not very pleasant. I had reserved 2 rooms and he stated it was only one and I showed him the expedia reservation and told me I had to contact expedia. “Room was clean, bed was good, breakfast was mediocre. Pool and hot tub wasn't available. Had dropped a bracelet on carpet, and didn't notice it till we were home 4 hours away.
