“The house was clean and spacious with plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The owner was very pleasant and communicative. Although short, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental for others looking for a nice getaway. ”

“The directions, process for checkin/checkout, and overall accommodations were beautiful! No complaints, just minimal suggestions: add a caddie to the shower for wash cloths and soap. Tighten the toilet paper holder (master bedroom), add a tray or shelf for toiletries, and give directions for turning on master bedroom lights (switch on the wall controls lights on the lamp stands. Location was super convenient for visiting Berkeley and Oakland and I-80 is right there for easy access to SF / West Bay or anywhere else in the Bay Area. “It was convenient that there were two fast food places nearby. Also close to a decent breakfast cafe, Walmart, Ross,etc. All in all it was comfortable, clean and family friendly. The only thing odd was the placement of the toilet in the bathroom, but it didn’t have an effect on our stay or comfort. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the home as well.”
