“wonderful setup for a large family gathering. we had 11 in our group with adequate sleeping accomodations for everyone nad lots of open living space for the group on the main floor. having all the bedrooms on the lower level was very helpful with the young children we had.location was very convenient for activities in oakland/berkeley area.”

“We loved our stay! It was a clean space with all the amenities we needed. Central air was greatly appreciated and the washer and dryer, especially since we were participating in a dance convention and we needed to wash our clothes. I would love to book this space again for the next intensive dance training in the area. We would have liked to use the water from the fringe instead of purchasing water all the time but the filter light on the fridge was on red. Other than that everything was great...

“The house was in a nice neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is huge with lots of countertop space. I only wish we were there a few weeks later to enjoy all the amazing fruit trees in the backyard.”

“Large, quiet space with high ceilings and tons of natural light. Great appliances and clean home. The only thing to note is that the third bedroom has to walk through another bedroom to use the bathroom. So this is a good place for a family but not work colleagues. ”

“Wonderful spot! The place is even more spacious than pictured, and is charming and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden. The host has supplied everything one could possible need in excellent condition. The communication from the host was above and beyond, which we appreciated. Overall I'd give 10 stars if possible.”
