“The lush greenery around the property is appealing. However, there was confusion over the reservation, which took a while to sort out. Gaining access to the room, we discovered there were no towels. It took us three calls to reception and an hour and a half wait before receiving the towels.”

“Certainly not five star more like three or four. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and is the only reason it could be four star but generally three star because the food is the same everyday.
surprisingly you have to pay extra for shellfish seafood even on all inclusive package which I find strange as a coastal hotel and access to an ocean full of crabs and prawns.”
