“The handicap bath had a very slippery floor. I fell and am not a handicapped person. The tub floor is a level higher than the actual floor. I stepped out and the bathmat went sliding across the shiny floor. I got a large bruise and body aches. I reported it to the desk after applying ice to my knee and they inspected the floor and I heard nothing further. Our room smelled of pee and the clerk told me it did not. Breakfast limited to toast or 2 cold cereals. Elevator out of order and kids running……

“I have never had any issues staying at this facility when coming to Cape girardeau. Melinda was pretty rude and the break fast was cold. Not sure if I would stay at this location again.”

“The web site said smoking rooms, this is untrue. I was fine with that, but my room smelled like a smoking room. There where cobwebs on the lamps and the tables where dirty. The shower was dirty and had a whole in the ceiling. The outside was very dirty. I would never stay at this hotel aging. I would tell everyone to stay far away from it as they can.”

“The breakfast was small. They were coffee grinds in the coffee, and there was no tea for the hot water. There was no orange juice had to remind the staff to refill it. The room’s carpet were moist and smelled. The pool looked clean, but the chairs were all broken.”
