“The house met our expectations. The rooms worked for our family of 3 adult couples and 6 children. The house was well appointed. The living room was perfect for the grandkids and the kitchen table large enough for our family.The grill was great, made 2 meals on it.The kitchen might have had more counterspace, we like to cook together.Overall a lovely summer vacation. ”

“This is a great little condo! Our family of two adults and two kids was really enjoyed it for our one week stay. It is exactly as pictured in the listing — clean, not cluttered and well equipped. Great stuff: enough hooks/drawer/shelf space, nice pans, comfy beds, little extra house products if you forget yours, a place to lock your bikes, clean/nice pool, super friendly condo neighbors that give off friendly vibes. “What a beautiful and super clean home. Communication with the host made everything more enjoyable and pleasant. Host thought of everything possible that we could need and then some. The rooms were beautifully decorated and looked like right out of a magazine. There were extra blankets and pillows in every room. The kitchen and bathroom has everything you need. It was such a pleasure to relax in this home. If you want to fish or crab, they are kind enough to lend you their fishing and crabbing...

“There were four of us two adults and two teenagers and two dogs and it accommodated us perfectly. I loved the touches of the outside shower and foot washing stations at the entrance to each of the decks. The gates were a huge Plus as well so the dogs could go out on the deck and I didn't have to worry about them. It was a short trek to the beach and we had it almost all to ourselves. The owner was accommodating as was the property manager. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We loved everything about it! The house/property was amazing and everything provided (from fully functional kitchen, to beach toys to linens!). This is our 2nd time staying in this community and all the residents are always welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed rescuing Horseshoe Crabs every morning. “The Mermaid Cottage has a wonderful beach vibe , it is the perfect beach getaway. And the cleanest house I ever rented!!! Just a short walk from beach to house we could go back and forth with the little ones with ease. The beds are so comfortable we all had a good nights sleep. The host provided many yard games to play after a day on the beach . The yard was a perfect space to hang out after a day at the beach! And there were bikes in great shape for a morning bike ride around the neighborhood. ...
