“Clean room. Great service”

“Check in took forever. There was no one at the desk and they needed to “flip rooms” which took 30 minutes. When I finally got into my room, it was dirty. The shower was visibly dirty. It still had hair in it from the previous person and the tub was black in the bottom. I was put on the 1st floor and was told that I had to go to floor 5 just for ice. The cafe downstairs was laughable as well. No one worked there, so you couldn’t order or even get a coffee in a timely manner. I will NEVER……

“We chose this hotel based on the "excellent" reviews. Our stay did not fall into that category. We checked in around 9:40 pm and were sent to a normal, double room. Opened the door, beds were unmade and had clearly been slept in. Trash overflowing and musty smell. Loaded everything back up and drove back to the office. Front desk apologized and gave us a new room. It was cleaned and not musty. Then we used the sink. It was a pedestal sink propped on three pieces of wooden board. While……

“Everything was nice and clean. The room even had a mini fridge inside. We got gummy worms as a free treat in the room. Pool area was small and not much seating If wanted to watch the kids was all.”
