“Quiet, comfortable, historic home in established neighborhood. Nicely furnished. Well equipped kitchen. We were disappointed with restrictions on group gatherings but otherwise very pleased.”

The house itself was very nice with an excellent layout. Extremely clean and owner provided all the amenities you could need. They even left wine for us! “Communication with owner was fantastic. Our grandkids loved the pond, fire pit and screen room. Very well equipped kitchen. Stove and refrigerator were excellent. Really nice country setting with spacious porch and excellent grill. Convenient to Olean and Cuba Lake. We do wish that at least one BR had a queen bed, but that wouldn't keep us from returning. ”
