“Sharon is a wonderful host! We walked into serene spa music and this set the tone for our entire stay. This property is right in the middle of Amish country. Many of the neighbors are Amish! The Cottage was impressively stocked with everything from massage devices to aromatherapy. Every detailed felt intentional and warm. The landscape is picture perfect and the property is a short drive away from most of the best spots to visit. My boyfriend and I felt at peace and relaxed after our stay. ”

“Our mini get away was perfect. The boat house was clean and comfy, overlooking the creek and nature. We went kayaking not to far, and barbecued by the creek. Bed was comfy, plenty linen. Hosts kept checking in if all was good. 5 stars”

“The property is wonderful. Beautiful Townhouse with everything you could imagine. Super Clean! Upstairs and downstairs with Queen size beds , if you want to bring friends. Hostess is amazing making sure you have everything needed. I am a bird photographer and this place was full of many species of birds. I was quite pleased. Also when I didn’t want to cook uber and delivery were available to the property. It was perfect!”

“It was close to the Sight & Sound theater and the Country Kettle Kitchen stores. The swimming pool and hot tub were very nice, but it should be noted that they are shared with the family and other guests. ”

“This cottage was a Godsend to us at just the right time. Our hosts were gracious and kind, going out of their way to find what we needed during our stay. The facility is as depicted on line-clean, neat, comforting in decor, and close to all one might need in the area. The playground was a bonus for our visiting grandchildren. A full blessing of joy.”

And they were so quick to respond to my messages, coming to shock the pool for us and even sending me a screenshot of the shampoo/conditioner that I'd loved! The only thing I think is worth mentioning is that the upstairs room did get hot. We were there on hot days...but I needed to keep the AC on 65 to really cool the space up there. “My family and I (husband, me, 4 kids ages 6-13) had a wonderful time in Lancaster! This house was in the perfect location to go explore and do the different things we wanted. The house is cute and quaint. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. One bathroom. Spacious kitchen and dining area. We were able to relax in the evenings. It is close to the road so you do hear cars and Amish buggies go by in the evening. That was unexpected but...

“Do yourself a favor and stay at the cottage! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, peaceful setting. There was a welcome basket to greet us when we arrived and communication with the owners was excellent. We enjoyed the backyard and deck while watching the bunnies and fireflies. We could hear the buggies passing on the main road and see them from a distance. We visited the farmers market close by and ate at Dienner’s Country Restaurant buffet. Our stay was short but we spent time exploring...
