“Very cool historic building with antique furnishings and super comfortable bed. Paid a little extra to stay in the presidential suite which was very cool. Suite had a whirlpool, and an awesome sitting room overlooking downtown. My only gripe is the whirlpool wasn't able to get very hot at all. I assume the water heater can't keep up for the tub's demand. One guy on staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the lounge/bar/restaurant is no longer in service. “The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room.
