"Our room was clean but the layout seemed cramped with little storage space and we had problems with the bathroom door and sink. Also we should have checked amenities as the rooms had no coffee maker. Coffee was available in the lobby, an inconvenient 4 flights down. "

"I had a HORRIBLE experience last night and it caused me to be so late to work this morning. There was a dog barking non stop for like about 2+ hours around 9:30ish at night. I called the front desk about it and they said they would try to reach out to the guest. I tried to go back to sleep but the dog was still barking. About maybe 45 minutes went by and I just could not rest with the dog barking, so I called the front desk and all they said was that they tried calling the guest and no one answered. It wasn't until I contacted Hotels.com customer service via chat when they were able to help because they called the front desk again; Shortly after that - I could hear when someone entered the room and the dog finally stopped barking."
