“Convenient”

“This is a lovely property, funky and quaint decor, comfortable room and beds. We were there during the week so didn’t have breakfast but the kitchen area is super clean and well stocked with coffee and tea options. The owner was very communicative about arrangements and was flexible when I thought I needed an early check in The shared bathroom is cute and clean. If I’m in the Pittsburgh area again I would definitely go back”

“The breakfast started closing down at 9:30 when it should have been open until 10. The room was supposed to be smoke free however the room reaked of stake cigarette smoke. Hallway and elevator smelled like someone just smoked some pot.”

We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……
