The view in the morning, lighting, design, and other accommodations and facilities on site were great! The staff were helpful and answered all of our questions. “Die Unterkunft war gut das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man allerdings beim Frühstück jeden Morgen sehr lange ansteht macht das den guten Eindruck kaputt. Das Problem hierbei war der Kaffeevollautomat der am Ende des gesamten Buffet stand und damit für lange Wartezeiten sorgte.”

“We've stayed here on several occasions as the location is very good. The room was very big and clean and comfortable, there was some noise in the morning as it was partly under the stairs and we could hear people going up to breakfast, but it was very quiet all night. The tap in the toilet wouldn't turn on properly but reception were quick to sort. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Ungeeignet für Familien und vor allem Augenwischerei bei der Buchung, die Fotos stimmen teilweise nicht überein. Man bucht hier das Haus Nummer 70, welches das Büro des Vermieters ist. Das Gebäudefoto ist von Hausnummer 68, welches aber 3 Wohnungen beinhaltet. Man selbst kommt dann in Hausnummer 68a, welches ein eigenständiges Haus ist. Hier gibt es sehr viele Mängel. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern vor Ort. Überall defekte Sachen, schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Lampen kaputt, Wände von……

“Mooi hotel met heerlijk ontbijt en goed diner. De kamer die we hadden was ruim. Buiten was een zitje met 2 stoelen en tafeltje. Uitzicht vanaf de zijkant word verpest door zonnepanelen park. Verder alles in het hotel super goed”

“Der 2. Stock ist für ältere Personen mit Gepäck nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr hellhörig und überall alte Teppichböden ”

“We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk. My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay.”

“Ruime kamer met toilet, douche en keuken. Wel aan een drukke weg maar niet echt last van gehad. Parkeren in de parkeergarage is prima en op loopafstand van de grote markt. Prima locatie voor een weekendje weg.”

“Wer es einfach mag ist hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt, ist sauber und liegt im hinteren Teil des Hauses. Daher gibt es auch keinen Lärm durch die Hauptstraße. Leider gab es einige Mücken, es ist daher zu empfehlen, dass ein Mückenspray mitgebracht wird.”
