“I am writing to share my recent experience at Rainell Dolomites Retreat and advise against staying there. The cost of the room was disproportionately high given its quality and the extremely poor amenities. The actual condition of the property and rooms bears no resemblance to the images displayed on their website. Furthermore, the owners, who also operate the business, demonstrated a complete lack of customer service throughout my stay. The room itself had several issues, including a leaking……
