“I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable.……

“The staff is very helpful. Very nice beach and a lot of space to sit and relax. The food was good and nice variety. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the resort itself is getting a bit outdated. I had issues with my room key lock couple of times. I also had to call maintenance to fix the safe box in the room twice.”

“Very lovely location. So great to take our dog. The 4th bedroom was quite small, actually a maids room, but overall the villa was nice and clean. It would be great if they could improve some small things like kitchen utensils and other things for cooking.”
