Great place to stay, it’s not a hotel at all , it’s like a private mansion of an artist , suits are huge , food is great, the Spa was nice, and open 24 hours , the pool is heated and great for laps ,they treat you like a VIP , downtown area is nice and not far , the beach was not the best in the area and there is no Gym room

Staff: Always really pleasant. One of the pasta guys needs to be fired, but the rest of the staff was really great, and some of the sales pitches by the pool got a little tiring.
Rooms: Freezer-quality air condition, super spacious, very clean, comfortable beds. Great all around
Pools: Awesome pools (DuPort was our favorite) and great pool bar staff (especialy Saeed over at DuPort)
Diving: Blue Brothers diving is right there and arranged...
Food: Always lots of options and great flavors

Would love to visit again. Staff warm and helpful. Hotel looks nice even if you can easily get lost sometimes. Dining area offers many seating options including no-smoking and no air conditioning. Truly a beautiful location with the mountains, the sea and the endless clean beaches. It was easy to relax and enjoy the holiday knowing the hotel was looking after everything.

As Gouna is an expensive place, I thought this hotel would not be so amazing as I got a good price. But I was surprised! Staff were always helpful, food was amazing (actually best hotel food I’ve ever had!). Room was lovely and within walking distance to Downtown. Hourly boat trips to Zaytoona beach. 5/5 bravo!
