“When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. “Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continué : l’eau était coupée, le lavabo n’était même pas correctement fixé et bougeait à chaque utilisation. L’hôtel était en pleins travaux, rendant l’ambiance bruyante et désagréable, sans aucun espace de repos au calme. De plus, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, aucun……

“La villa est très bien située, l’aéroport à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage à 700 m, grande promenade, bowling…tout est a proximité Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sayed qui s’est rendu très serviable et disponible, toujours à l’écoute et très gentil. La villa possède une jolie piscine sans aucun vis à vis dans un magnifique jardin. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances !!! Merci Sayed pour tout !!!”
