The unique thing was the staff and the service they provided to us or any other guest. They were very friendly and professional.I will revisit this hotel again. It was unforgetable vacation.

The hotel is well organised & all staff are so kind, helpful & smiley, the 3 times buffet include many varieties with very good taste, thanks for chefs, really enjoyed the swimming pool with par includes many varieties of beverages & snakes, the gym hall is good & well facilitated, animation team doing a good job but they need to be more supported with other art team especially during evening like the belly dancer whom introducing the show only once weekly.
but in general with my family we enjoyed our stay very much.

At the beginning we were given a room with 3 beds in stead of 4 and it was too small to fit in an extra bed. So I asked and the hotel kindly upgraded our room to a 2 chamber room without extra fee.

An interesting destination especially for kids with lots of activities to do (e.g. Aqua Parks, Amusement Parks, Wave Pool, Video Games, etc.) My only concern is that the amusement parks and video games are against extra charge.
