“They charge for beach towels. Shower water pressure was weak. The room was very noisy from the outdoor noise. It wa as if the windows did not exist or opened when they were closed. Check in time was not as promised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable!! Felt every spring while you slept. ”

“We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . “Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money.
