“We had the most enjoyable stay. We had great communication with Heather, she was a wonderful host. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed and more. Our favorite part was sitting on the lanai, looking out at the ocean, with the beautiful pool area and foliage. We were steps away from the Coconut Marketplace. “Our top 3 criteria are: ocean front, AC in the bedroom, and reasonable price. This place hit all three which is why we chose it and we were not disappointed! First floor, close to parking lot, several restaurants within a couple of blocks. Very quiet. If you’ve never been to Kauai, be sure to bring ear plugs - the roosters are all over the island and they crow all day long. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The place is beautiful designed inside, so well thought out. The galley kitchen had everything needed. The view of the pool and ocean are also excellent. I only gave 4 stars due to a noisy AC unit which couldn't be fixed during our stay, but our host was very attentive to try and get people out to fix it ASAP. The shades are also not great if you like to sleep in as they let a lot of light in. And the last suggestion I have is to add a deadbolt or chain so we know a previous renter and code...

“yes, however instructions to get in weren't very clear. We had no way to get in no code, nothing.. Spent the first night sleeping in the car. By 2:30 Am my daughter made necessary contact to retrieve the door code to get in. Shower floor extremely slippery I slipped resulting with a crack on my left side sending me to ER. I guess things happen. We did have a nice time there.”
