“Unfortunately my stay did not start well as my email had been ‘lost’ and I was not met at the airport, however after a phone call this was sorted. Staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more when I arrived and during my stay. My chalet was very nice, it’s a bit hit and miss whether you get hot water but a lukewarm warm shower was welcome after a hot, long journey. “This was a haven of rest after a busy trip. The hotel offer free transportation to the mall and the airport. One night there was a noisy event on the beach but it finished at 11pm Staff friendly for the most part. There was an unfortunate incident at the end which occurred because of miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel concerning check out time. Expedia told me 10pm and the hotel wanted to charge me an extra night as they said check out was 11am. I had a previously arranged shuttle……

“This place is a bit of a ghost town. Management is absent from the property and the staff, while nice and well-meaning, can't confirm your booking or access your records at check-in. It's you to prove you've booked with your receipt. Then they have no idea which room you booked and you've got to look around the hotel til it matches the picture and description on the receipt. Staff were really helpful with luggage though.”
