This is a disappointing experience, first of all expedia shared my credit card information with the hotel and that was not made clear to me during booking, this is quite frustrating. I complained to customer service but they were far from helpful.
This hotel (condo) is otherwise in a good location for skiers, room amenities were okay. Cooking facilities makes it possible to have food in the room and it is a short walk to slopes. The room we stayed was remodeled and looked okay.
However everything was not smooth, we found the room heated to 60F when we arrived and it didn't get warmer for the first night after I turned it up, it was quite freezing. They don't have any baby cots which is quite normal in other facilities. They also have too much rules, feels more like a student camp rather than a holiday resort, they asked me to put a parking permit to the car (which is normal) but then they even asked me to send the license number by SMS and the picture of my car by MMS, super weird. You need also need to send SMS when you check-in even if you just pick a key from a locker. If you don't send this message by 8 o'clock, they claim that they would charge a $75 late fee, but wait why there is a late fee if you just pick your own keys from a locker! By the way, they have your credit card details, they can do anything they want. They also charged me more than the advertised rate, I asked for a refund, remember they have your credit card details!
Be cautious with this one.
