¡Duerma con el sonido del Big Thompson River a las afueras de su puerta!





CASA RIO VISTA es una hermosa casa de 3 habitaciones, 3 1/2 baños, bellamente decorada y decorada, ubicada en el río Big Thompson, en una comunidad privada y cerrada, Blue Spruce Village. El Big Thompson corre a pocos pies de la cubierta trasera. Disfrute de su café de la mañana o de las bebidas de la hora feliz escuchando la corriente del río desde su envoltura alrededor de la espaciosa cubierta. Abre las ventanas y escucha el río todo el día y la noche! Abastecemos el río con trucha arco iris cada 2 semanas, desde fines de junio hasta fines de agosto.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, un ventanal con vista al río y un baño recientemente renovado. El segundo maestro tiene su propio baño y una cama queen size. El tercer dormitorio (una nueva adición al hogar) puede ser un retiro para niños ... una litera incorporada ... reina en la parte inferior y XL doble en la parte superior. Esta habitación también tiene su propio baño. Las habitaciones están todas arriba. El sofá de cuero de la planta baja se abre a una cama queen size.

Esta casa lo tiene todo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vajilla, utensilios de cocina y utensilios de primera calidad. En el exterior encontrará una parrilla de gas Weber. El salón tiene un televisor / DVR / estéreo, biblioteca de DVD y juegos. Nuestra casa también tiene acceso a internet WIFI.

Blue Spruce Village se encuentra a aproximadamente 5 minutos a las afueras de Estes Park y a dos millas de la entrada del Parque Nacional de las Montañas Rocosas. A solo un cuarto de milla de la entrada original al parque, puedes caminar hasta un sendero que conduce al hermoso parque Moraine. No te decepcionará!

¡Qué retiro mágico tienes aquí! Todavía no podemos olvidar el hecho de que justo afuera de la puerta trasera hay un pedazo de naturaleza salvaje y hermosa en el río. Hemos pasado incontables horas sentados en el porche mirándolo, escuchándolo desde nuestras habitaciones y pescando en él (¡Chloe atrapó una trucha!). Es un asombro que no podemos superar. T. Thai was a lovely home right on the Bug Thompson River. We hiked every day at RMNP. The trail heads were usually around 30 minutes away. It was so peaceful and relaxing sitting in the chairs right by the river. Whenever we go back to RMNP to hike we would love to stay here again. The location was wonderful and there is a Country Market very close where we got some food supplies. Loved this home!

Loved the location on the river and the very comfortable seating on the back porch. Property was close to a Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The information book was very well done - lots of useful information about the area in an easy-to-use format. Kitchen was very well equipped, and we really appreciated being supplied with some spices and other cooking oils. All in all, we had a fabulous time and look forward to a return visit.

Being so close to the river is unbeatable. The patio has very comfortable, outdoor furniture which invites you to sit, watch and listen to the river. The patio also includes a grill which we used often. Plenty of windows allow for the river sound and breezes to flow through the rental (although some windows wouldn't stay up, most of the windows had no issues). The rental is spacious for a family with plenty of amenities, comfortable furniture inside and a well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, located close enough to town for easy visits, but far away enough to have early morning visitors (see photo from patio). The location is also close to the entrance to RMNP. This was the second time my family has stayed at this location. Typically, we like to explore new places so returning to the same place says it all --- we also plan to return again!

This was our 5th year of returning to this property. It is simply beautiful and in an amazing location for a full “Colorado mountain experience.” We have been coming to Estes Park every summer for over 50 years and this is our favorite of all places to stay! Great location. This was our 7th year staying there. Chadwick the Chipmunk constantly out back and two trips to Rocky Mountain National Park. The river is the best part. It sings us to sleep and wakes us up in the morning. The entire week was so relaxing. We will definitely be back next year!! Best regards, Rob Clarke

Peaceful and relaxing

Property was well-maintained and clean. Location is easy to find and quiet. House has everything needed for a comfortable stay including fishing poles. It is amazing being able to walk out the back door and be "at the river". My only recommendation would be to update the in-cabin information sheets to match the emails that are sent. The Perfect Location

There are so many positives about this beautiful home. The best part is the view!!! We woke up every morning and had coffee sitting on the porch that overlooks the river. The kitchen is fully stocked and very clean. All the rooms are upstairs and they each have their own bathroom. The downstairs couch pulls out into a bed as well. We loved having all the windows open and listening to the river all day and night. This home is also very close to Estes Park downtown and the Rocky Mountain National Park. There's so much to do. We did the Mountain Coaster, The Stanley hotel and lots of shopping. We couldn't get entry tickets into the park before we got to Estes Park because they were sold out, but the park opens up at 2:00 to all guests, so we were able to drive in and made it to the Alpine Overlook at the top. It's a must see. Lots of wildlife. If you are looking for the perfect house in the perfect location, this is the house for you!! The management company is very responsive and friendly. Don't look any further, this is the house for all.

Friend Vacation

We had the best time here.. Hearing the river right outside was so amazing and we miss it so much since being back home in Texas. The house was just perfect, clean, well stocked and in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The entry to the National Park is super close and close to downtown Estes Park. The management team is very helpful and very responsive. We have saved this house in our favs to stay again when we plan another vacation to Estes Park. Thank you!

Wonderful Family Getaway!!!

My family and I stay 5 night. We loved sitting out by the river, very relaxing. Having breakfast one morning we had deer standing right outside the window. Great location for entering the city or park. Would recommend this property.

A River Runs Through It!!!

Our SECOND time here, and great again!!! Very clean, well- equipped property in a beautiful and quiet area. LOVED sitting on the porch, watching and listening to the river moving by right outside our door, enjoying coffee in the morning and wine with appetizers in the evening- followed by the gentle murmur of the water creating very restful sleep!. It was SO enjoyable- that we changed our plans to go out for dinner a few nights, and had EVERY evening here instead!!! Each bedroom had its own full bath, and while it was only the two of us, it would be great for 3 couples, or a family with kids.
