“Very clean and comfortable for a week stay while working in IL. Ny only small observation was a cat litter smell in the hallway.Check in and communication were really good.”

“I had a great stay at this VRBO while in Peoria for my clinical rotation. The place was clean, comfortable, and located in a nice area. The host was a fantastic communicator and always quick to respond, which made everything easy and stress-free.The only small downside was that dish soap was the only cleaning product provided, but otherwise I had no complaints at all. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would gladly recommend this place to others visiting the area.”

“The apartment was clean, the bed, linens, and towels are good, shower hot and drained and the fan worked, parking was easy except an address on the back side would help the first time. Neighborhood is ok with bars and restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance, even at night. Close to downtown but a little out of walking distance. You can bring your own TV service or internet tv is provided. ”

“This is a newly renovated unit, very spacious for two people. This property is well maintained and kept very clean. The neighborhood is adorable, I walked the surrounding streets and enjoyed some of the quaint older homes decorated for Fall and Halloween. Communication with Joseph was easy and informative. I would stay here again. ”

“Location was good if you want to be near downtown. Had a small issue getting into the building, but management responded right away & fixed the issue. Clean studio, extra toiletries, tower fan, & iron & ironing board were nice touches. Bed was a bit uncomfortable & no curtains on the blinds in front of the bed made for a bright room at night with streetlights & then morning sunrise. ”
