I would've given a 5 star however the bathroom door in our room wouldn't close all the way and the heater/AC ran the whole time and wouldn't shut off it was loud and annoying. Other then that the staff are awesome and place is clean.

Breakfast consists of Little Debbie donuts, cupcakes, bananas, oranges. Very limited. Self check in. No staff . It is an historic building. We love staying here despite the breakfast shortcomings. It was a very charming square that reminded me of the town I grew up in. There were cute boutiques and a bakery where we ate breakfast in that had delicious pastries. It felt safe, it was quiet, easy to find parking, and overall very wholesome.
Restaurant options are scarce unless you want fast food.

We didn't have a chance to investigate Washington. We arrived late on Tuesday evening and my mom had surgery early Wednesday morning.
