“Unbelievable service!”

“Initial room we were given smelled so strongly of mildew/mold i had to ask to be moved. The replacement room was better but still had a nasty odor. Mattresses are well worn and the fitted sheets appeared to be one size to small as they slipped off the mattresses with ease, disturbingly we found ourselves waking on mattress pads, disgusting!!! I did request properly fitting sheets the next day that were replaced and that issue was rectified. Unfortunately, the mattresses are worn and outdated.……

“I was a vendor at the Harbor Fest in Oswego and stayed here for 4 nights. I arrived at 3:00PM and was aware that check in was at 4:00PM, however the gentleman that greeted me, Robert said it was no problem with the early check in. Robert gave me some suggestions on where to get a good meal which was helpful since this was my first time in this town. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and to my surprise did have Roku TV...big plus for me. I have expanded my business into this area and……

“The description that expedia has and what actually is at the property is not the same.There is no restaurant that's attached and they do not have the arcade, which was half the reason why we picked a stay here.I would not recommend this place unless you're absolutely desperate”

“We like the villa we stayed in! It was clean and a nice relaxing space. However, the house next door was having a very loud party that lasted well into the late evening hours. They were playing loud music and driving some type of loud ATV back and forth for hours, well into the late evening. It made it unenjoyable to sit outside.”
