“The greeting letter that Mark provided was vital to getting off to a good start about where the condo was located and where to obtain the keys. The view from the balcony was the star of the week. We spent many hours on the balcony. We are sure it was an oversight, but there were no washcloths in the condo, so we bought a package of them at Walmart and left them. There also needs to be more balcony furniture; at least seating for 4 adults. And some plastic tumblers would be a better choice for……

“Condo is in good location with rainforest and good restaurants nearby. Rooftop patio was the best part of our stay. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves. Listing said this condo has access to the beach. It doesn't. There's very little sand and no way to access the beach - just FYI for others. Condo building is gated and safe.Our biggest complaint is lack of or confusing communication. Directions to the condo were incorrect. It got us to the street but not the building. Our flight was……
