“Just as listed! It’s a beautiful home, in a gorgeous location. The open floor plan downstairs is really nice. The kitchen is well appointed… every type of drink ware you could want. The bathrooms are beautiful. Great communication and response from the owner Rene. Would return and highly recommend!”

“The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. We saved money buying breakfast and lunch stuff to make in the room and eating out for dinners. I highly recommend this room, perfect spot and the price for Puerto Rico was great. You will need a rental car tho. The shower……

“La Casona Blanca was our own personal retreat complete with pool, outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen, laundry, spacious bedrooms etc., in a beautiful setting surrounded by native plants and flowers! The property was very clean and well cared for. Our gracious host Charles quickly responded to all questions and offered a vehicle for us to rent which made our island excursions possible. We could not have been happier! Best stay ever!”

“The property was sparkling cclean and super comfortable. The host was awesome in communicating check in and check out procedures and they kindly gave us a present of locally baked bread which was delicious. The beds were very comfortable and each room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a great time and there is a local restaurant/bar right down the street that had AMAZING FISH TACOS, tostones and incredible drinks (el torrito I think). When we come back to fajardo this will be on the……

“We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. ”

“Our family had a very comfortable stay. The penthouse was clean and had all the needed amenities. The rooftop terrace was always enjoyable with a fabulous breeze. The grocery store was close and the beach even closer! From 7seas beach the “hidden” beaches Colora and Escondida were so worth the walk. Their beauty was a gorgeous snapshot of Caribbean paradise. The location is also only minutes from kayaking into Laguna Grande for a bioluminescent bay tour. We also easily drove to El Yunque……

“Spacious, comfortable and beachside. Our young children enjoyed the backyard pool and it's small waterfall. The Children's Museum in Old San Juan was a hit. Best day was spent snorkeling and swimming with the sea turtles on a private 4 hour boat with Carlos of Encanto Boat Tours. I do recommend booking excursions well in advance. We hesitated because of the forecasts and that was a mistake. You can book and then cancel 24 hours before if the forecast is bad.”

“What a lovely home with an exquisite view! We so enjoyed our stay. There were numerous gathering areas so all nine of us could get together or find quiet spots to be alone. The pool was beautiful and well used. Any questions or issues we had were addressed quickly and efficiently by our very friendly host. We were in PR during spring break so lots of people and traffic- make reservations ahead of time if you have special adventures in mind. We went snorkeling ( most beautiful beach ever!),……

“Home was perfect for the trip. The host answered any questions or concerns we had. The host was able to answer the call when we arrived around 1:30am and help guide us to the house b/c our taxi was confused. We asked the host on recommendation for things to do with our kids and wasn’t led wrong. Overall great experience!!”

“The area was beautiful and the condo was very nice. The condo was very clean and georgious. It had a very beautiful mountainous and coastal views from the balcony. The condo grounds had a security guard 24 hours a day and the pools were very nice too. We will return. ”

“Apartment was very clean. Easy parking. Beds were comfortable. My friends really enjoyed the rooftop patio. I took away a star because there was no hot water for our two days and although we weren’t interested in watching tv, it wasn’t working anyway.”

“The property was beautiful. The owner and his property manager were quick to help when the power went out. They got the generator up and running and a small portable ac unit to help cool it down. When the power came back on their electrician came right out and reconnected everything. When we were there the beach was covered in sea weed, from y understanding from asking around it’s just what it is this time of year. Your are very close to town, but not much else.
