The structure, obtained from the restoration of an old rural farmhouse, is located in the center of an area of 10,000 square meters completely exposed to the SOUTH which allows you to enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset in any season.
It consists of several completely independent housing units that can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people.
Outside and adjacent to the house there is a parking lot, a large pergola overlooking the beautiful garden where you can spend time in relaxation and tranquility, a shady pine forest from which you can see the sea and enjoy a cool breeze on hot summer days.
A few meters away, a futuristic wellness pool, set in a secluded and private Green Oasis, awaits you to relax and enjoy yourself.
The play area for the little ones and the pergola, where in the warm season Mrs. Anna dispenses her very welcome guests with the delicacies of the local tradition, they frame a framework of peace and tranquility.
