“It's like stepping into the past when climbing up to the lobby. Fine woodworking abound. The customer service was exceptional, and they were accommodating with our luggage since our departure was for mid afternoon. We enjoyed the small livingroom with views of the landscape.”

“We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor……

The owner took me on a coffee plantation tour and translated the tour to english for me. Great dude. The friendly and professional staff carry meals down the side of a mountain to the guests. The food is homemade on site with attention to detail. It is outstanding. The ingredients for the banana pancakes are grown onsite.Unreal taste……

“Clean, quiet, affordable, nice and friendly employees, only complain weak wifi in the rooms. Plenty of restaurants pharmacies cafeterias, bars, etc.. nearby, also very central and close to many interesting places.”
