Explore the many hiking and mountain biking trails that border the property. Nearby: Bercé state forest, Varennes lake water sports center (Marçon), trout fishing in the Dinan River (fishing license required), Le Mans race track, Loire Valley castles, etc. The property offers a peaceful, unfenced setting with breathtaking views of the countryside. Located in the hamlet of "Le Pavillon," access is via a 300-meter walk through the "La Tibergerie" farm along a public road. Ground floor: living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area in the veranda with a double sofa bed and TV. Heating is provided by a pellet stove. (With a ceiling vent for heating the upper floor) Access to the second-floor bedroom is via an external stone staircase: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a bathroom (sink and shower), and a toilet. A steep, narrow staircase leads from this bedroom to the third-floor bedroom: three single beds (90 cm). Included: bed linen (beds made). Cleaning fee: €50 (additional charge). Heating fee: €10 per night (additional charge). Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
