Great time at Cooper Cay

Pictures of property are accurate. Very roomy house. My lab loved the fenced in back yard. Easy walk to Center St. and the 4th St. beach access. Loved the quiet street. I will stay here again.

Great Stay on Folley Beach

House was spacious for twoFamilies. Very clean and kitchen needs were well stocked. Dog friendly although ourFurry family member didn’t travel. Management was attentive and checked in during our stay. Walking distance to pier, beach, and Main Street.

Folly Beach

Lovely home in great location! Two blocks from the beach, five blocks to town of Folly Beach, and 20 minutes to Charleston. There was a big storm on the day of arrival which, I assume, knocked out hot water, hot tub and ice maker. Was not repaired for 3 days. There was a very indifferent Carolina One agent on the phone call. This is the reason for 4 instead of 5 review

Perfect Stay!

We had the best vacation at Folly Beach! The location was perfect, close to a quiet dog friendly beach, and also close to restaurants and shops. We had so much fun exploring the area. It was easy to get to downtown Charleston as well, and visited there almost daily. The set up of the house was perfect for our family, and we had everything we could need. Highly recommend staying here! Our only regret was not staying longer than a week!

Absolutely! Here’s a review for your VRBO stay:---We had an incredible stay at this property over Christmas! The house was very clean and incredibly spacious, with large rooms that comfortably accommodated our group of five and our dog. The beach access was just one street up, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday retreat!

This house was perfect for a week long vacation at Folly Beach. Just a quick walk (one block) from a public beach access point, with many amenities that make it feel like a second home.Plenty of space within the home to relax, and extremely dog friendly!

Family Christmas Vacation

We loved this property!! There was plently of space for our family trip to celebrate Christmas. The space was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. The location was very close to the beach so we were able to visit frequently. The only issue that occurred with the hot tub was out of order due to the storm from the previous week.

Perfect Fall Family Folly getaway

Simply put, we could not have loved this house more. It has a close location to the public beach access and plenty of beach amenities to borrow. If you are a DOG LOVER, this house is a dream. It has a fully fenced, safe backyard. Inside the garage there is a groomer size dog bathtub with walk-up ramp. Indoor layout was also dog friendly. Kitchen was fully stocked unlike many properties. Decor was lovely and there was ample room to spread out for a large family gathering. Double bed in the front has a futon couch for a smaller child. Bunk bed could have slept 4-5 kids (siblings sharing the double beds). Master easily has space for an air mattress, too. The upstairs was to "cool" spot also with a large bed and room to spread out. Full bathroom upstairs. While there is no door, the upstairs felt entirely private. With a large family gathering, sometimes it's helpful to spread out. There were great layouts for separating kids and adults. A more formal dining room, a kitchen nook, and an outdooring dining room. An outdoor couch area and a large indoor couch area. I honestly could not have asked for a more lovely spot and we've tried out 2 prior Folly houses. I hesitate to write this review because I don't want anyone to book our vacation week! :)

Cooper Cay at Folly Beach

This is an exceptionally nice property for a family vacation. The location is perfect - just one block to the beach, one block to a playground, and a short walk to Center Street with the shops and restaurants. We appreciated the inclusion of equipment rentals and enjoyed bikes. We also rented a golf cart, so the cars stayed parked the entire vacation. Love that the property is dog friendly, and we were even able to take the dog to the beach.

Perfect for family vacation

House is well maintained and beautiful. Screened in porch with fans was great for a separate area from the great room. Beach Access is very close to the house. Downtown area is close, we elected to get a golf cart and visited Bert's Market regularly. Second refrigerator in the laundry room and separate AC for the loft bedroom were awesome.

Perfect for our family

This house was perfect for our multigeneration group. Loved the screened porch, common areas were spacious, house was very clean. Location was perfect, short walk to town and even shorter walk to the beach. Folly beach was the perfect place for us to stay while we were exploring the Charleston area.
