"Staff was kind , helpful and outgoing
Breakfast was minimal for the price of a nights stay compared to other accommodations we visited.
I would suggest adding bedside lighting. In addition, one ceiling light was positioned in front of the tv , which was positioned very high on the wall. When you watched tv you had to turn the light off , but then there were no other lights on except a bathroom light. I would add a second chair to a room made for two people. "La convivialité,le professionnalisme du personnel à la réception. Par ailleurs,la demoiselle au petit déjeuner manque de courtoisie,le visage toujours serré avec un brin de racisme qui m’a vraiment mis mal à l’aise."

"Everything was perfect like the first time. I will come back. Room is very clean, breakfast is complete and good. Location is great with quick access to all areas. But the most important is the staff welcoming (receptionists, breakfast room, housekeeping,...). Thank you very much :))"

"Nice rooms and facilities. Shower head broken but otherwise good. Breakfast was quite lovely. Pet friiendly but Hotels.com states 15€ per accommodation for pets but the boss tried to charge 30€ for 2 dogs. "

The staff were all 15/10. I spent 8 nights there with a collegue for work. Each shift was attentive, kind, and professional. They all are doing wonderful jobs. No complaints on the rooms or the bathrooms. Great overall experience and value.

Lovely, quiet, historic setting. Interesting castle tour (even if you can't understand Italian, but they have it in English if you reserve ahead). Great service. Great food (Antica Locanda del Falco).
Very minor complaints: Flood light shining into our room (but curtains blocked OK). No food at 6am when we had to leave.

I needed a single night to stay before my wedding (I was the groom) and it was perfect. Very clean room, air conditioning, WiFi, owners were on site, good coffee and euro breakfast, a very good place

Maria, was very kind and helpful during our stay. The space was the best I have ever seen.
I would highy recommend you stay here as it is only a short walk to pubs and the main city areas.
Highly recommended.

This hotel was out of the center of Piacenza. As we were traveling by bike that meant we could not go into the city center easily. There were 2 restaurants located in the same strip mall as the hotel. We had a safe place to store our bikes.

I stay here whenever I am in the area because this hotel is amazing. Not only is the staff super friendly, they even drove me when I needed a ride, the food is great, ask for the lasgane. And the grounds, pool, and animals, are beautiful. I highly recommend the place if you ever want a quite day-- or week away from the city.

The room was clean and the hotel staff was incredibly gracious. Every staff member we encountered was able to communicate in Italian and English. The food in the restaurant was amazingly good. We had aperitifs at the bar and dined in the restaurant several nights during our stay. The staff was very hospitable and the drinks and food were always great.

Everything was perfect. Just 1 small thing, the rooftop restaurant was under reservation but they warned me ahead of time! A must stay place in Piacenza!
