“Pam's place was very spacious and clean. The apartment met all my needs and then some. I appreciated that there was fresh ice, Keurig coffee cups and toiletries. The host did a good job of preserving some of the historic charm. I was a solo business traveler but noticed (and appreciated) the bins in the bathroom for multiple guests to store their items. “Check in was easy and the renter was easy to contact. Clean property on a quiet road. Very cozy place to stay near the town and river but still nice and quiet place to relax between activities.”

“We stayed at this 1 bedroom rental to attend our grandson's Clarion University graduation. The location is very convenient to the University. Quiet, safe, clean neighborhood. “The property is beautiful and the location is gorgeous. The apartment is private with a lovely patio with fire pit, covered porch with picnic table and dock on a beautiful stretch of the Allegheny River. The house is very comfortable and extremely clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts are wonderful…very helpful and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time…..our second time staying in this gorgeous place! ”
