This 4BR/3BA house is perfect for your vacation any time of the year. This property has a huge backyard with lots of space to enjoy with your friends and family. This home is comfortable and full of natural light!

The Space:
The bed layout is as follows:

BR 1: 1 King
BR 2: 1 Queen
BR 3: 1 Queen
BR 4: 1 Queen, 1 Twin
Living Room: Sofa that pulls out into a Queen

Guest Access:
You will receive a smart lock access code the day of your arrival, close to check in time!

The Neighborhood:
This is a residential neighborhood central to everything you need in Fort Lauderdale! Grocery stores and restaurants are located all along the main roads (US1 & Sunrise).

Other Things to Note:
- There is a Smart TV in each bedroom and one in the living room so you may stream through your preferred apps.
- Private backyard, fully fenced.
- Trash and Recycling are picked up Mondays and Thursdays.
- Parking space for 5 cars
- Pool is professionally cleaned every Friday
- Pool is not heated
- 2.5 miles from the beach, downtown and Las Olas!
- There are security cameras around the exterior of the property. On in front of the house and one is in the backyard of the house.
- We also have 2 other private pool homes in the same neighborhood available for rent. Message for more details!

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have access to my phone number once they book so they will be able to contact me via airbnb or my personal contact info!
