This property was extremely rundown and disappointing. The walls were filthy and scratched, the furnishings were damaged, and the couch was so stained it was unusable. None of the lamps were even plugged in, the pictures were crooked, and the towels looked awful with large bleach stains. On top of that, the bathroom sink barely worked. It felt neglected and poorly maintained — not at all what we expected from a Vrbo listing. Save your money and book elsewhere — this place is not worth it. Zero care by owners about this property. The photos appear to be AI or heavily edited. You couldn’t pay us to go back. The building was fine, quiet, and we were able to walk to TCU. This is the first negative review I have ever written about a property after staying in many. It was awful.
