The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. "Nobody spoke english. The property was deceptively far from cruise terminal. It was dirty. The hinges on windows and doors were broken so they would hang open permanently. The taxis when able to get them were like 100 Euro to get where you needed to be."
