“We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. “I had blood on my bed sheets(which is a red flag on many levels)and they didn’t believe me at first, so I showed them. “We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility.
