I had been to the Museum of WI Art in West Bend, so had heard of this hotel as a sort of annex. I came to hear a concert at the Pabst Theater. I was so tickled on a rainy day to learn that both the hotel and theater were in the same large complex. I had dinner at a Chinese restaurant on Wells Street, wandered around the complex to see all of the art, then was able to leisurely walk back to my room after the concert. This morning I returned to the 2nd floor for breakfast with my coupon. When I left the parking ramp, I had both an image on my phone to show I had paid as well as could enter my phone number to have the arm lift for me.

Easy simple check in.

There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have offered better service at a more reasonable price.
